I sincerely disliked Zama. It is an “artfilm” of the worst kind: long, incoherent, and beloved by a very special breed of film critic.
If you are a hardcore Greenaway fan, you might possibly enjoy Zama, everyone else is far better off avoiding this film.

Los Perros is a drama that deals with Chile’s contemporary society; and the question to what degree this country’s violent past is still hidden. More precisely, it asks to what degree people have an interest in keeping it hidden. But watching this film you also begin to wonder if dragging everything into the light is really all that beneficial.
